You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent to use our services.

LeadForgeNow provides digital marketing and lead generation services, including paid advertising campaigns focused on Non-QM mortgage products. Specific deliverables, campaign scope, pricing, and payment terms will be defined in a separate service agreement, statement of work, or invoice.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver high-intent leads. However, lead volume, quality, and conversion outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, ad platform policies, your intake process, and your sales follow-up. LeadForgeNow does not guarantee any specific number of leads, closings, or revenue.

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, RESPA, and state mortgage licensing requirements.
• Maintain the required licenses to originate the loan products advertised.
• Provide accurate business information and timely feedback so we can optimize campaigns.
• Handle all leads in compliance with your own privacy policy and consumer protection laws.

Fees, billing frequency, ad spend, and refund eligibility are set forth in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services are performed or ad spend has been deployed.

All content on the Site, including logos, graphics, copy, and code, is owned by LeadForgeNow or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. Your use of any campaign or asset delivered by us must comply with those platforms' policies. We are not responsible for platform outages, ad account actions, or policy changes.

The Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadForgeNow's total liability arising out of or related to the Site or services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to LeadForgeNow in the three (3) months preceding the claim. LeadForgeNow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadForgeNow, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services, your loan origination activities, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
